Thank you for shopping with Rerun.pk. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards (if applicable)
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Return Shipping

• A flat return shipping fee of Rs 300 will apply to all approved returns.
• The return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount where applicable.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer/COD adjustment where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share clear photos of the item and packaging.
3. Our support team will assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
