  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Karachi: 1–3 business days
  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable) so you can monitor your shipment status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan. Our team may contact customers for order verification before dispatching COD orders.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier services, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and products.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or resolution where applicable.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
